While my initial comment that we'd probably be up even if it liquidated tomorrow was a little flippant, I find your 9c - 11c per share calculation interesting. Exactly which assets are you writing off as unrealisable?
Not that there is any risk of liquidation with their current strong balance sheet and cash flow
