Something is wrong with your numbers. You can't just remove 30% from EBITDA numbers to get NPAT. There's significant head office and also depreciation and amortisation costs you really need to be removing.
Just as importantly, the corporate store segment is also highly correlated to the personal loans. All the stores, both franchised and company owner, make most of their earnings through the commissions they receive from writing the personal loans.
