Unfortunately the chart is confirming the bearish outlook for Clh. It is a good business with solid fundamentals but the SP does not go anywhere where the shareholders would like to see it. Unless there is a good ann I do not see it getting back to 2.25-2.30 any time soon. I hope I am wrong.
