I love IRESS- one of my first shares. Looking at intrinsic value, I think Roger Montgomery has changed the IV: I recall when it was $6.60 because that was a price I was waiting for and it never arrived (I made a post about it on the IRE threads). Now that it has arrived, the IV is, according to RM, $5.75, and will rise to $6.31 over the next two years:

If it *does* fall to $5.75, it will be terrific value. Actually, it will depend on the markets in Aus and the world, but still...
We all seem to agree what a good company it is, but it is getting a bit smashed right now. Always one to watch.
