If we take another 10% off IRE's SP for the 10% downgrade, we arrive @ $5.175 for IV. IRE is down 3% today, @ $6.18, butthe P/E is still close to 19. The interesting thing about IRE is that it has such good sentiment around it, that the market seems to always add a 20% premium to the SP. My guess is that is due to having a monopoly position that seems unthreatened, and superb management. Sure, it will get knocked around in these markets, but it's probably never going to be "cheap".
