They are the kings of capital raising!
Cap raising after cap raising ( another one January this year )and the company still on the brink of collapse.
Basically a cash cow for the directors.
In a low-key announcement on 31 July 2009, APEX declared that Glenn Jardine, Director of operations, had resigned from his position without stating any reasons for his departure.

But having Jardine onboard via Apex, will not give us any extra credibility. He is the Managing Director Lol.
Also the fact that Pattersons did the recent placement, they pump AND dump lol.
Am holding for its small market cap, tight-ish register, cash position, gold potential & nice grades and great location.
