Even though i hold and with biased intent, investing, whether for the short or long term, should be based on whether or not you'd be prepared to buy the whole company (another one of Buffett's).
Be it cyclical or not, nickel will always be in demand and with no debt and over 200 million in the bank, my personal answer would be "yes".
