But looking through the 5Bs (Quarterly Cash flows over the year), we can see:
equity investments qtr ytd July $29,000.00 $1,893,000.00 April $1,578,000.00 $1,864,000.00 Jan $286,000.00 $286,000.00
and we know from the "Change in substantial holding for IFE" in particular the one from 10/04/2012, that TRF was buying IFE on market and through conversion of options. However that is for a consideration of $529,337.39 + $843,502.50 = $1,372,839.89.
Now I'd always assumed that those equity investments were the IFE purchases. From this Orinico info we know its not.
From the total of "Equity Investments" A$1.89M - IFE Changes $1.37M ... theres a difference of $0.5M.
Wonder if that was all into Orinico or something else as well.
I'm not complaining (ROL was great for us in the past), just investigating.
