At this stage whole project is in Incubation.
If they were floating a brand new float today, how much do you thing they can raise. 4 to 5 millions at the Max.
Taking all 8 billion shares and options in mind, even 0.1 cents will put market cap at 8 Million. Technically that makes them 40% overpriced even at 0.1 cent than my estimate.
Last capital raising was 0.08 cent. At that time they only had around 5 billion shares and options, which brought their market cap to 4 Million. Which is fair price.
Simple: No Rocket Science.
