I suspected the ex Director Morrall was selling down over the last few months there was a persistent seller.
He is the only one with 6m shares from the last annual report top 20. I see Ruffy also took 300k shares from the chairman.
By my reckoning the CEO and Ruffy between them hold almost 70% of PPG equity now.
It is almost pointless PPG being listed now as obviously Ruffy is staying unlisted after the large refinancing deal in the US.
I stand by my prediction of a buyout in the next 6-12 months before the improved financial results send the SP higher. A 60c offer would easily accommodate this.
