Interesting times, chalkstar. I'm not sure who UBS are buying on behalf of but I'm happy to go along for the ride.
I have a feeling that JAL will renegogiate the terms of the option in the coming weeks and find enough resources near the surface to make the project feasible. I believe that this was always on the cards but the ASX forced their hand with their share price query a few weeks ago. With new terms not agreed by that stage, all JAL could do was say that the project under the current terms would not go ahead. I believe that this lead to JAL being oversold.
