I haven't been keeping a good eye on this stock and i'm hoping someone can help me understand a few things:
In the case of a complete unwinding, would the overall assets exceed the current MK of 80.5M?
- The announcement dated 21st July concerning the independent evaluation, suggests that PDN would be entitled to 416M were they to sell there 75% of LHM. This would be a fair price, but if liquidation goes ahead, what would be a reasonable fire sale estimate?
- Currently owing EDF $277M as per 3rd July announcement.
- Do we know expense for administration, and who else are we in debt to, how much?
Would somebody be able to get me up to date with a more comprehensive standing of PDN?
