    Yes on one hand you want a dividend but they use the cash to grow the company and they deliver on that.

    On fundamentals though yes they should be trading at about $3.00 so something is holding it back. Probably the dividend.

    If they pay out a healthy dividend then they could raise capital but not their way. They might be inclined to a small buyback. At these levels it makes sense. Then they could increase the dividend without paying out more cash.

    Still the world needs maximum more trees.
