well, I have been watching CLV long enough to work out that the news flow is zero to none and this can be supported by the fact of just looking at the ASX announcements.

That being the case, one could expect more of the same for the next 6 months - and it would be in all major stakeholders to support the price and ride out the under performance of the news and like normal this would mean watching paint dry would be more exciting than CLV share price.

At the end of the day, they missed all of the guidance they said as previous AGMS, published internal forecasts, broker estimates and including shareholder expectations of an increased in dividend.

At the end of day, based on the latest news, management haven't delivered on the bottom line and until they do - I would SELL CLOVER and buy at a cheaper price around .29c

For the life of me, reading the depth of experience of the board I have no idea why they didn't do a fire sale of FFI back 2/3 years when they first tabled the idea of selling the business.

Hindsight has 20/20 vision I guess....
