I bought AKK for all the wrong reasons but I think I'll surface a fair winner. Example.... when I ordered them my broker said, Why?? they're a penny dreadfull and they've just dropped 40%. My answer to him was .. so did BHP . I also bought DRX for all the wrong reasons and now look like cashing in on the gold & mineral sands. I win some...I lose some. To my mode of thinking a cashed up producer could consider paying 10c/s for AKK meaning he'd be punting to buy an ( as yet unproven) 110-15-20 million bbls of oil in situ gross value at today's price $750 million. Figuring it's odds on that the price of oil will go back around the $90-$100 mark it's a bonanza and if it crashes and burns it's a tax writeoff. For the biggie it's a bet on an odds on favorite with a money back guarantee. Love the game.
