There is also good bits of positive news there don't forget. Also, even allowing for the underhanded and dubious way they are accumulating their latest swag of shares, it is a very positive sign the Directors are paying for them...albeit at a generous discount.

Apart from being concerned of management possibly angling for a buyout, the future is finally starting to look more rosier as the time passes.
