but this issue and the above "last sentence" are the worst example of corporate self interest I have seen for a long time.
Slowly and surely the directors take control of the company.
Look at the history of this company, it's share issues and issues of options and directors!!! Self interest BOUNDS.
The company spends more on bad marketing than they make and are likely to ever make. ala Edelsten and and I sort of recall there was another spend on promotion.

Maybe the company is about to become profitable...butit won't belong to shareholders who bought over years, it will belong to "the insiders"

That is probably why they are offering shareholders the same 17% discount...to soften the blow. Have you sold and are going to reapply for a lot more in the SPP?
