    re: out with the pirates & mobile music With the court ruling on P2P music, and the announcement regarding a deal with legion interactive to help provide ringtones and album images, DES is positioning itself well for the advent of 'smart mp3 phones' that are expected to take on the iPod (and given that the iPod is an over priced HD that plays music and does nothing else, unlike players like the iRiver320 and iAudio x5), they just may well succeed.
