    Finchy - sale of the 43% to a property trust maybe but receivers? don't think so and how can they - its Suncorp. The Trust has alternative lenders or a group not associated with the margin loan - so hard for them to call in receivers as no connection - I think they will offload to say a property trust and then the debt can be looked at.

    I'm BETTING on a rival to pick up the 43% with the trust staying in tact. Pub values are coming back see ALE - SO I think (although highly speculative and risky)worth a punt. DYOR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
