Beyond International Limited (ASX-BYI) has settled its legal action against MBP Medien AG of Munich, Germany referred to in Note 34 of its 2003 Financial Statements. MBP Medien AG will pay Beyond $85,000 and both sides will be responsible for their own legal costs. Beyond will not issue any new ordinary shares to MBP Medien AG.
