Well there's no positive news or historical knowledge to provide this upward movement.
Maybe someone knows something about the 100mill distribution? Maybe it's now 200mill?
In my mind however that this is orchestrated to catch out the under info'd players. I mean how many people still confuse CNP with CER and also ask if CNP is now a good investment?
Tread carefully and use this to exit IMO.
