Its a one cent stock, what do you expect? Of course at these prices there will be a lot of uncertainty (RRR around 17) and this shows with the SPP. Everyone investing in this knows its high risk. I dont understand how these issues would make you run, you would obviously know it would be 15c if all the i's where dotted and t's crossed. There has been no big issue about the water, they obviously just have not got around to the admin side etc... as the study is still continues. Good attempt to down ramp, now just jog along if your out.
