Ascent still hold 99 million shares so know one can tell when they will stop selling.They sell spasmodically so we dont know if they have been selling down now since 1.6.Its been a sell since it hit 1.6.They also sold many at 1.1 and 1.2 recently as can be seen on the recent substantial holder notices.

Thet situation coupled with the lack of water and a potential CR has made me run! I beleieve in this stock but why would a director be sellling large holdings at low prices worries me!
