Yeah I'm not buying all the doom and gloom either.

I understand that there are some problems ahead for PSH,but I
don't see a sinking ship.For my mind I see opportunity when the timing is right.

Directors buying in on a sinking ship just doesn't add up for me.If things were to get that bad you would be hearing about workers getting laid off,so until then I wouldn't be hitting the panic buttons.

Still I wouldn't be buying in at the moment either,not until
some clarity of a turning point has been made clear.

I see more down side coming in the short term from macro issues and a possible litigation settlement could come their way as well.

Still more dust in the air which needs to settle.

Just my thoughts,
