Sorry but how many times can external consultants be needed for this (surely AXIS could do this!). Go back over the last decade and you will find several of these studies coming up with new mine plans that have not come to fruition.

The question should be why haven't any of these worked considering it is a known resource.

Is it the resource is not as good as surveyed.

Is it the grade,cost or price of diamonds.

Is it poor mining/processing techniques or more likely poor overall management.

Without working this out, shareholders will be strung along till the next one!

Surely it is time for the current board/management to hand the reins over to competent mining executives to see if the mine can actually work.
