As much as I dislike how RM has handled shareholder communication over the 6 months I do think this agreement is significant considering all the shonky Indian Government officials OEX would have had to deal with to get this endorsed. Would love to know the kind of behind the scenes kick backs were demanded by the Indians to get this over the line and commercial in confidence stuff!
