    Ron and co have got the important things right this year .

    If they hadn't we would not still be here .

    Sure the share price is disappointing but most of it is not Ron's fault .

    When I look at the other CEO's across the sector Ron stands out as having integrity and he's bought far more stock on the market than other CEO's .
