    It's not just the flooding. The comments on the drought were concerning. When a company lacks cashflow and profit, this is the last thing they need.
    There is no need to make a takeover offer at a premium. If Tavistock wants more it just flags the precarious position, watches the stock drop more, then props it up with a discounted rights offer or CB, backed by it.
    I would like to buy back in, but only after what seems like inevitable dilution happens.
