This actually puts shareholders in a very untenable position!
In my opinion, the AGM should be postponed and the board should be giving us all an explanation of what is really going on!
Do the board members who are leaving still want shares in lieu of?
A proper decision by shareholders cannot be made while all this indecision abounds!
In my opinion, I would like to change some of my decisions on the proxy form.
Here again is a board in turmoil, who do not do their due diligence and fail to communicate effectively with their shareholders that regrettably pay their salaries and seem to condone the taking of bonuses when not a single profitable year of 'earnings' has occurred.
We should go to ASIC but it would take them a month to think about responding and we need a response in less than 24 hours!
