If, as has been suggested, the directors were sacked, one must remember that only 1 year ago at the AGM, John Manusu stood up and told us about how great the 3 board members that HE HAD INSTALLED were and how bad the other 2 put forward by shareholders were.
2 of these great guys are the now departed with the other one lasting months before taking off.
Our promised rejuvinated board is just the same old stale bunch of cronies who have NEVER had a single successful business and with one large shareholder included for appearance.
