For what it is worth I have sent an email to ASIC and asked them to have the meeting postponed as shareholders have been put in a situation where they may want to change their proxy under these circumstances.
In addition to this shareholders are entitled to more explanation than what has been given in the ASX announcement!
I am not holding my breath for an answer - but let's see!
