I was trying not to be to negative but there is no way to put a good take on this...

can't see any retail investors chipping in so as you said market overhang.......
the biggest problem is that all money will go to debt reduction leaving no money for operating. with the loss in the first half its a mighty brave investor who believes there secong half guidance. Personally I think that the company is in some serious trouble....
If there is no profit in the first few months of the secongd half of 2009 then. Get out with what you can..
