that would stop excects getting their grubby little hands on contributions made by shareholders
4 shares should be issued to shareholders equal to their current holding
but if not taken up
offered to all current holders to take furthur advantage of the offer
by that time imho sp would be about 2-3c and a nice profit for s/holders

It surprises me as to why investors think they have a commercial product. If they did, funds would have been stumped up for this 5-10 years ago.

It’s not as if they are in need of tens of millions.

I think their best bet is to completely change the direction of the company.
