Creates a real problem for HRL. There are still 2 other projects that are potentially viable (although the way it is going it seems less likely as time goes on). But if the company pushes too hard on the legality of this $1mill, wil it jeopardise the potential of the other two projects? Last thing they want to be doing right now is focusing on legal issues.
