My thoughts are that they should be OK money wise in the short term. EDC might still have to pay up and there are still JV's with EDC on-going.
I think that they will finalise all this EDC stuff and if all goes according to plan the sp should track higher and I would think that a capital raising could appear when the sp is around the 4c - 5c mark.
Not exactly sure if we are applying for Aus gov grants as yet
