My best guestimate is around 5 cents.
Can't see anywhere near the issue price of 4 cents being hit because it was not a SPP but a small placement. 5 cents values the company at roughly $15mil. Using mid-EBIT of $5mil would give a very nice round 3 x figure which I am using as a rough guide.
