It would seem that Macq Bank is selling on behalf of a large holder - they are borrowing stock from this large holder and then one of its clients is selling the stock - the large holder doesn't have to disclose the fact that his shares are being sold as he is still technicality the holder of the stock as, at the moment, he has only lent the stock to Macq Bank - anyway that's how it appears to me.
I don't know where this finishes as nobody else is stepping up to stop it.
