They can appose the mine, there has never been a mine where everyone has been for it. I don't see that as the key issue. There must be an access issue where someone is playing hard ball. They will do that to squeeze the best offer out. The government has already endorsed the mine, it's just a matter of getting access through the courts if they don't settle.

This is likely why there are no updates to protect any potential identities involved.
