Yep spot on Rex will win through the courts based on previous court cases and similar situations. The farmers are crazy, their best offer of compensation is right now, not through the courts.
As said previously, mining licence is approved, it's just a matter of time before Rex gets access.
Likely hold up is greedy farmers expecting too much.
Always been stubborn and anti progress.
