I suppose another not particularly pleasant scenario is that QUT have relinquished the IP because they couldn't see themselves making money out of the applied research. Have thought about that too. But maybe QUT was not the best partner for the testing and commercialisation of their research and were a little out of their comfort zone at this stage of development. Now we're freed up to work with other partners.
As for a takeover, if someone can take over and make some more money for me out of this dog of a stock, I'm a happy camper. (And if they can go through a testing phase without a total stuff up, that would be a bonus too.)
