Maybe NCC can buy Sebastian a house to live in rent free. Or maybe he can rent it out and get some income from it. That's no worse than using company funds to benefit the owners of the manager. Take a 40 cent loss per share so Sebastian and his daddy can make money in the funds management company they own. It's stealing from your clients and it's unethical.
