I agree with your observations.
I have heard from what I consider a reliable source that a takeover for SGL could be on the cards.
SGL held out against a takeover attempt from QGC about 12-18 months ago and at current prices, it wouldn't be surprising to see another group succeed where QGC failed.
I have been steadily accumulating at these prices because SGL represents extreme value and is wide open to a T/O
