    Hi NF,

    You'd only have to visit Sam's Creek to realise that it will NEVER become a gold mine. Part topography/ setting, part location in a protected area, part location in NZ with no mining culture, part location in a part of NZ that is VERY environmentally focused, part costs based on above, part grade ... List goes on and on.
