Would be 2 years if they are the vendor shares. I suspect that they will need to go back to the market given they raised 4.5m but still needed to pay the vendors their shares and also retire 1m in debt. Their corporate overhead is also ridiculously high at probably 800k pa. Will need to wait and see i guess
