I have been looking at buying in to CXX and ddzx does raise a good point in his post above, specifically with regard to the sale price Anglo received for their Niobium in 2015 at $21.76/kg which is essentially the same as the OPEX costs for Panda hill. This is significantly lower than the expected price $37.56/kg outlined in the DFS. Curious to hear from anyone that can cast some insight on this.
