I know for a fact that Mac Bank ran out of OST shares for Shorters throughout last week, and was able to borrow/find shares to Short on several occasions.
That said, the chart certainly is not in favour for the Shorters anymore. There is still no Long buy signal yet, but the probability of a success Short trade here is very low.
