    News Flash:

    I might be a bit early but OST looks to be turning somewhat bullish. If it can old above $0.83 after 11:15AM, and ideally for the close, I will stick my neck out and say that the latest Lower Low has been put in at $0.80.


    Any thoughts out there?.....
