I haven't looked for a while at the mix of debt and expiry.
With USA election gone and predictions of USA growth it will be interesting what will happen to longer term rates.
The ability of OSH to borrow at low rates and lock them in has been a boon for it's projects as possible competing projects can't get financed. This goes to facility and ability to raise as any assets become available.
Just commenting as with debt it isn't only about the up front numbers but the make up and quality of the debt as when there is a squeeze on or unexpected world happenings the counterparty and complete package of types of debt needs to be looked at.
Quality companies like OSH have quality flexible facilities and ability to extend and increase quickly if required.
