What I don't understand is with the early management takeover...

What I don't understand is with the early management takeover what is happening with the shareholders approval regarding this? Didn't the announcement state shareholder approval was needed?

Please correct me if I'm wrong. And when are we receiving AYC shares? If some one can shed some light on this that would be great because the way I read Ayc annoucments they already own all our assets but I don't see any Ayc shares in my account!!!

Something is a miss here IMO!!!!

Also for arguments sake if an ORS shareholder holds 100,000 shares how many share of Ayc will they recieve including options? I understand the options will be distributed 1:3
