here is part of your answer..Placement of further $300,000  A Company associated with Mr Ian Gandel, the Chairman of Octagonal, has agreed to subscribe for $300,000 of AYC shares at 3.0 cents per share ( funny no one else can buy a big parcell ) must have missed this at ORS shareholder MEETING ...What a joke this mob is .....The best thing that come out of this is give ors shareholders all ayc shares and sell west aussie block, at least we will have ayc running things with GOOD Security so all the gold stay with AYC...
